At ProFab Concepts India LLP, we take pride in manufacturing professional-grade touring and production equipment built to withstand demanding real-world use. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and reliability.
Returns & Support
As many of our products are custom-built, made-to-order, or manufactured based on specific technical requirements, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
However, if you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective or non-functional product
- An incorrect item
- A product with a manufacturing flaw

Our team will evaluate the issue and provide appropriate support, which may include:
- Repair or servicing
- Replacement of faulty parts
- Product replacement
- Technical assistance
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share:
- Your order details or invoice
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Packaging images (if damaged during transit)
Custom Fabrication & Made-to-Order Products
Products such as:
- Custom flight cases
- Custom rack systems
- Custom foam fabrication
- Bespoke cable assemblies
- Personalized fabrication projects
are manufactured specifically to customer requirements and therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
We strongly recommend reviewing all specifications, dimensions, connector types, finishes, and configurations before confirming your order.
Transit Damage
If your shipment appears damaged during delivery, please notify the delivery personnel immediately and contact us within 48 hours at feedback@profab.co.in with supporting images.
We will coordinate with the logistics partner and assist in resolving the matter at the earliest.
Warranty & Technical Support
Certain products may carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty applicability varies depending on the product category and usage conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by misuse or mishandling
- Water or fire damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper installation or usage
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Refunds
Refunds, where applicable and approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval by our team.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Custom-made products are not eligible for refunds
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banking/payment providers
